These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Sterling Digital Group LLC (“SDG”) to customers and prospective customers who voluntarily opt in to receive SMS/MMS communications from us.
SDG uses SMS/MMS for conversational and customer-care communications related to inquiries and our digital services. Messages may include responses to website inquiries, project communications, appointment or meeting coordination, service-related follow-ups, and other customer-support communications.
You may opt in through the contact form on our website by providing your mobile telephone number and voluntarily selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox. The SMS consent checkbox is optional and is not selected by default. Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services or submitting an inquiry.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, project, or interaction with SDG.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
You may opt out of SMS/MMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from SDG. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from us unless you subsequently provide new consent where permitted.
